Borzage, Borzage Family, and Borzage Capital (collectively, “Borzage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are a private, Texas‑based family enterprise that manages family capital. “Borzage Capital” is used solely as an informal, internal reference and is not customer‑facing or used for public solicitation. The borzage.com and borzagecapital.com websites (together, the “Sites”) are purely informational and do not solicit external investors or clients.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT. • Automatic Logs — When you visit, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, and time‑stamp. • Voluntary Contact Information — If you email us through a contact link or form, we receive whatever information you include (name, email address, message). We use it only to respond. • Cookies & Analytics — We do not currently deploy analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies. If we later enable services such as Google Analytics, GoDaddy Website Analytics, or similar tools, we will (i) update this Notice before activation; (ii) display a cookie banner and obtain any legally required consent; (iii) mask IP addresses where feasible; and (iv) limit data retention to 26 months or less.

• Contact emails: up to 12 months, or sooner at your request.
• Analytics data (if implemented): maximum 26 months, stored only in aggregated form.

7. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICESStatewide privacy laws (e.g., CPRA, TDPSA) do not presently apply to these Sites, yet we will honor reasonable requests to access or delete personal data.
